Water Shut-Off Request Form

To ensure timely notifications to Unit Owners, please request water shut-off service at least 72 hours in advance when scheduling plumbing maintenance. This will provide everyone the opportunity to make necessary arrangements in support of the scheduled service interruption.

Water shut-off service is available during two four-hour intervals Monday through Friday:

8 AM to 12 PM or 1 PM to 5 PM

Please note, permits from the Town of Lincoln are required for demolition, home improvements, and water heater replacements before any work can begin. 

To avoid delays in water shut-off service, please attach a copy of the permit (if applicable) when submitting your water shut-off request form. Please check with the Town of Lincoln to determine if a permit is needed for the specific work being performed in your unit.

Please verify that all contractors are licensed and insured.
